Our Mission
Dignity, well-being and participation for every woman
Our mission is to promote the dignity, well-being, empowerment and social participation of women and individuals who may benefit from counseling and social support.
We seek to encourage informed decision-making, strengthen personal and family support networks, improve awareness of available community resources, and foster an environment in which every person is treated with respect.
We are committed to a person-centred approach that recognizes individual circumstances, protects privacy, respects personal autonomy and encourages constructive participation in community life.
Through appropriate counseling initiatives, social support activities, educational opportunities and collaboration with relevant service providers, we aim to contribute to a more informed, inclusive and supportive society.
Our guiding principles
1. Dignity and Respect
Treat every person with compassion and fairness, without discrimination.
2. Empowerment and Participation
Encourage informed choices and active involvement in family, social and economic life.
3. Community and Inclusion
Promote access to appropriate support and stronger social connections.
How the mission guides our work
Each of our programs and activities is designed to serve this mission and is reviewed against it.
